YOU WILL NEED

A charged phone, with the app and an access code Wifi or 4G Headphones

PREPARE FOR BROADCAST – GET YOUR PHONES READY

Download the DARKFIELD RADIO App from the App Store or Google Play Store, well in advance of your show.

Enter the access code you received in your email – one code is valid per show, per device.

The codes will only become active 24 hours before your show time.

The show should now appear in ‘my events’.

If you select it you should see a countdown.

You should start to receive notifications regarding the show.

BEFORE THE SHOW

Before your show time, close all other apps and put your phone on do not disturb – do not turn off wifi/4G as you will need this for the show to work.

Turn off the lights and get into bed, alone.

Open the DARKFIELD RADIO app and plug in your headphones.

The show will start exactly at the specified time.

TIPS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Use good quality headphones for the best experience

Allow notifications on the Darkfield Radio App for reminders

Turn on “Do Not Disturb” mode so you don’t get interrupted – but do not use airplane mode as you will need the internet.

Close all other apps before you start – other audio apps can interfere with the app.

Make sure you have a good internet connection

WHAT CAN I DO IF I EXPERIENCE ANY ISSUES?

Please restart the app

Please check your internet connection

Please check all other apps are closed.

Please restart your phone.

If you have an android phone please go to app settings and clear your app cache.

If it still doesn’t work please clear your app storage (on android) and we will give you another access code.
