Sales / Refunds / Exchanges
All sales are final. Strictly no refunds or exchanges. A booking fee of €1 per ticket purchased via our ticketing partner (TakeYourSeats) applies to all tickets and is included in the listed price.

The content of some Dublin City Council Bram Stoker Festival shows may not be suitable for all audiences. Age suitability for each event is labelled on each event page.
Site Specific Venues
Site-specific venues, including Pepper Canister Church, may have restricted sightlines; we recommend you get to the venue early in order to choose a suitable seat.
Please check event pages on our website for information on door / arrival times. Please check your ticket for information on the latecomers policy for individual events.
If a member of your party is a wheelchair user or needs special assistance at any of our venues please inform our Box Office at the time of booking on email@example.com. Please also refer to individual event pages for accessibility information per venue.

If still available, tickets are sold on the door at venues and are subject to individual venue box office policies.
Our website will list ticket availability on the date of each show.
Credit cards are accepted at most venues. Cash and exact change are always appreciated.
Photography / Recording
Photography and videography by official festival photographers and videographers may be taking place at events: please let a member of our staff or a volunteer know if you would prefer not to be filmed.
